Image of Linear Technology's SP3522 Series DiodesLittelfuse's SP3522 series 0.15 pF, 22 kV automotive avalanche diodes come in an ultra-small (0201 DFN or SOD882) package and integrate ultra-low capacitance (0.15 pF) cathode-to-cathode silicon avalanche diodes for ESD protection. Littelfuse's SP3522 robust component will safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 (±8 kV contact discharge) without performance degradation. The extremely low loading capacitance properties are ideal in AEC-Q101 qualified high-speed applications such as V-by-One®, HDMI, USB 3.0, and IEEE 1394.
