The LNA features high-gain, low-noise figure (NF) and high OIP3. It supports 5 G (sub-6 GHz) n77, n78, and n79 by modifying the external matching circuit. The stand-by function reduces current consumption. The LNA achieves a compact mounting area with a small DFN1616-6-GD package.
