The latest addition to the 36VIN Step Down Voltage Regulator family is the LTM8025. Building off of the previous models in the family, the LTM8025 boasts a similar input voltage range of 3.6V to 36V, but has an increased output voltage range of 0.8V to 24V. Shown here is an example for a 12V, 3A circuit from an input supply of 22V to 36V. In addition to the increased output voltage range, the device can deliver output currents of 3A, which can be paralleled for higher output current.
