The MPLAB Starter Kit for the dsPIC Digital Signal Controller is a complete hardware and software tool suite for exploring applications based upon Microchip’s dsPIC DSCs. With a built-in debugger on the board, simply install the software and connect the USB cable to the PC. The board provides evaluation and prototyping using the dsPIC’s built in codec and audio functionality, as well as its microphone and line level inputs. The board is designed with a 256 KB dsPIC33, 4Mb serial Flash chip, and is powered from the USB connection to the PC.
