The table before you presents the members of the HyperLight Load™ Family of synchronous step-down regulators. Output current capabilities range from 400mA up to 2A. Unique features uncommon to other members of the family are highlighted here in orange such as the output voltage scaling capability of the MIC23051 and the MIC33050 with internal inductor. The MIC23250 features dual 400mA outputs each with their own independent enable control pin.
