There are four devices in the family with different FRAM, SRAM and analog integrations. MSP430FR235x devices integrate 4 Smart Analog Combo modules, while MSP430FR215x devices do not. All of the devices have 4 16-bit timers, 2 UARTs, 2 I²Cs, a 12-bit ADC, 2 comparators, support an extended operating temperature of up to 105°C and three packages. The 40-pin VQFN provides a small size package option of 6mm x 6mm for compact designs.
