Amphenol offers dust covers for their rugged MRJ series. The purpose of these dust covers is to protect the mating face of the RJ45 connector when not in the mated condition. All dust covers are available in both grey and black. Even though Amphenol does not manufacture the mating plug, a boot to protect the plug from dust, dirt, and splashes of liquids is still offered.
