Amphenol also offers the rugged RJ45 receptacle mounted to a PCB with the addition of a cable header. The addition of the cable header simplifies the termination to the rugged RJ45. The customer’s ribbon cable can be prepared separately with their mating socket and then simply plugged into the header supplied with the rugged RJ45 receptacle. The four part numbers and their unique options are shown on the bottom of this slide.
