With the exception of output current rating, BD9328EFJ & BD9329EFJ are physically and functionally compatible with each other. Optimal solution selection is dependent on required output current. BD9328EFJ can deliver up to 2A of output current, and BD9329EFJ can provide up to 3A. In general, they exhibit better efficiency when operated near middle of maximum ratings. Evaluation kits are available for both ICs. Boards can accept up to 18V maximum input, and while the output can be adjusted through component substitution, it has been set to 3.3V.
