Thermal Product Families of TIM’s

As outlined in the TIM Material Family Module, there are seven thermal product families that Parker Chomerics offers as Thermal Interface solutions. By now, using the Thermal Interface Material Selection Module, the customer has down selected and determined that the Thermal Gap Pad family of materials is best suited for the application.
