Construction – Binder and Filler

All Thermal Gap Pads offered by Parker Chomerics are made with a silicone binder systems. At this time, there are no non-silicone Gap Pads available from Chomerics. The higher thermal performing 900 series products, shown here with the teal blue background in the table, have the higher performing Boron Nitride ceramic filler. A note about pressure sensitive adhesive or PSA options. The G974 and 974 materials must come with PSA on one side. Conversely, the 976 can never have any PSA. The other materials have a PSA option with the “A” type Layer Material option, which will be talked about.
