Red Pitaya

About

Red Pitaya develops compact, high-speed, open-source FPGA platforms for signal acquisition, generation, and processing. Designed for engineers and industrial teams, its credit card-sized boards combine analog front-end performance with programmable FPGA logic and embedded processing to enable flexible, software-defined instrumentation.

By replacing traditional, fixed-function lab equipment with a ready-to-integrate platform, Red Pitaya helps reduce development time and accelerate the path from prototyping to deployment. Engineers can implement custom measurement, testing, and control systems directly on the device, with access to software, FPGA code, firmware resources, register maps, APIs, and development-level hardware documentation.

Built for seamless integration, Red Pitaya supports standard interfaces and APIs, making it suitable for OEM applications, automated test systems, and remote or embedded deployments. Its open-source architecture allows teams to adapt and scale their solutions as requirements evolve, while maintaining control over performance, cost, and design flexibility.
