ADI’s AD4020BRMZ is a 20-bit, SAR ADC that is low noise, low power, and high speed. The ADC takes a single 1.8 V input and provides 1.7 V to 5.5 V logic output. This device uses multiple data interfaces such as DSP, Microwire™, QSPI™, and SPI. The ADC comes in a 10-pin MSOP or LFCSP package that has an operating temperature of -40°C to +125°C. The AD4020BRMZ is ideal for battery powered, healthcare, and automation equipment.
