KYOCERA AVX introduces its RP4 and RP6 high-power resistors

Image of AVX Corporation's RP4 and RP6 High Power ResistorKYOCERA AVX Corporation's RP4 (surface-mount chip) and RP6 (flange-mount chip) series of high-power resistive products were designed to expand KYOCERA AVX's existing product offering with attenuators, terminations, and resistors.

These resistors cover 50 Ω and 100 Ω standard. Based on environmentally friendly aluminum nitride (AIN) substrate with pure silver tabs, all series achieve 150°C maximum operating temperature and are ideally placed for high temperature RF power applications.
