PI2SSD3212A1 High-Performance 14-Bit 2:1 Switch

The Diodes Inc. PI2SSD3212A1 is a 14-bit, 2:1 signal switch designed for eMMC HS200 and HS400 buses with speeds up to 400 MB/s and 1.8 V or 1.2 V I/Os. In addition, the device supports POD_12, SSTL_135, SSTL_15, or SSTL_18 signaling and CMOS select input signals. It can be used as a DDR2, DDR3, or DDR4 memory bus switch with speeds up to 5 Gbps. The PI2SSD3212A1 has a 1:2 demux or 2:1 mux functionality. All 14-bit channels can be simultaneously switched to one of the two ports with the SEL input. It also allows all ports to be disconnected. Using the proprietary high-speed switch technology from Diodes Inc., the device provides a consistently high 2.8 GHz bandwidth across all channels, with very minimal distortion due to insertion loss, crosstalk, and signal skew. The PI2SSD3212A1 is available in a 48-pin TFBGA (NC48) 4.5 mm x 4.5 mm x 0.8 mm package and operates across the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
