Image of Hirose ZE064W Series Waterproof Connectors Hirose ZE064W series are small, waterproof connectors with IP67/IP69K ratings and a 0.64 mm terminal and 2.2 mm pitch. Engineered for high heat and vibration resistance, the ZE064W is perfect for automotive and industrial applications exposed to harsh environments, such as e-axles, battery packs, and onboard chargers.

Features
  • High vibration resistance: the female crimp terminal design includes a double layer spring, 3-point contact, and 3 serrations in order to surpass the intense vibration requirements for devices mounted in the engine room
  • Waterproof (IP67/IP69K): this original waterproof design by Hirose is compliant with IP67/IP69K when mated. With waterproof performance that withstands high-pressure washing, ZE064W is suitable for use as an interface connector for automotive and industrial applications used in harsh environments
  • Small size (0.64 mm terminal, 2.2 mm pitch) space-saving design contributes to device size reduction
  • High heat resistance: can be used at a temperature of up to +125°C
  • Rated current: 5 A (single pin power supply)/2 A (all pins power supply)
  • Mating keys: prevents mismating when using multiple connectors
  • Retainer: prevents incomplete terminal insertion and has high contact reliability during cable routing
