KEMET’s A784 series are low ESR-rated, highly conductive polymer (PEDOT/PSS) capacitors for high-temperature applications
The A784 series from KEMET, a YAGEO Company, is a conductive polymer hybrid capacitor with high electrical performance. Low ESR is conditioned by a highly conductive polymer (PEDOT/PSS). The polymer system creates an electrical pathway between the anodic oxide layer and the cathode through a mechanical paper separator. The windings are housed in a cylindrical aluminum can with a high-quality rubber deck. The A784 is impregnated with liquid electrolyte, which translates to the self-healing features of the capacitor. The series is suitable for mobile and automotive with operation up to +150°C.
