Klein Tools’ non-vented full brim hard hats and non-vented cap style hard hats are designed and engineered for optimal safety, comfort, and fit. Unique features allow users to comfortably work in various applications and demanding environments. Patented accessory mounts on the front and back ensure optional Klein headlamps attach securely; no straps are needed.
Features
- Class E, Type 1 hard hat tested up to 20 kV and meets ANSI Z89.1-2014, CSA Z94.1-15; EN397:2012+A1:2012-5.2.4 [Lateral deformation (LD)]; EN12492:2012-4.2.1.2, 4.2.1.3, 4.2.1.4 (front/back/side impact)
- Safety hard hat has patented accessory mounts on front and back ensuring optional Klein headlamps attach securely and precisely every time; no straps or zip ties needed
- Breathable, padded sweat-wicking sweatband and top pad improve comfort and are machine washable
- Unique suspension system features a flexible open frame design to provide optimal fit and improved air circulation
- Easy, one-handed adjustment with large knob ratchet mechanism even with gloves on and soft neck pad pivots to clear bandanna knots and ponytails
- Reverse donning on the cap style means the suspension can be switched to wear hard hat backward
- Universal accessory slots on both sides for attaching hearing protection, face shield, and more
- Klein accessories (sold separately): Rechargeable headlamps (part numbers: 56414, 56049, 56062) attach to patented Klein mounts on front and back
- Klein replacement parts (sold separately): Sweatband, top pad, chin strap, suspension system (part numbers: KHHSWTBND, KHHTOPPAD)
