Image of Lattice Semiconductor iCE40 UltraPlus FPGAThe iCE40 UltraPlus from Lattice is currently the world’s smallest FPGA with integrated enhanced memory and DSPs, lowering customers' overall cost and power consumption. It is a distributed processing solution with up to 1 Mbit of integrated SRAM memory with possible uses of buffering sensor data or storing embedded configuration code. iCE40 UltraPlus is integrated with flexible I/Os, computation capabilities, hardware accelerators, and DSP blocks.

    • Connect, bridge, and aggregate signaling standards (I²C, SPI, I³C, UART, SPMI, SoundWire®, SLIMbus®, I²S, and other proprietary interfaces)
    • Improves board layout through aggregation of multiple signals over a single interface
    • Dynamic I/O placement can be adjusted to fit the layout needs of the project
    • Instant on with integrated NVCM configuration memory
    • 120 kbits of block RAM
  • Power efficient
    • 75 μW (typical) static power consumption
    • Active power depends on usage case
