Melexis' MLX90632SLD-DCB-00 (medical grade option code) is a surface mount QFN package thermometer IC for accurate (±0.2°C) non-contact temperature measurement. They are used for space-limited applications, such as wearable health and portable blood diagnosis tools.
Features
- Accurate and stable operation in thermally challenging environments
- 3 mm x 3 mm x 1 mm QFN package
- Factory calibrated with I2C interface, 50° field of view (FOV)
- Object temp ranges between -20°C and +100°C with ±0.2°C accuracy can be obtained in body temp range in line with CE/FDA medical standards
- -20°C to +85°C operational temp range can be measured
