Micro-Fit+ Connector System

Molex's Micro-Fit+ connectors offer up to 13 A with a 3 mm pitch to deliver high current capacity for different applications using the same amount of space that smaller connectors occupy. Fully isolated contacts on each side of the interface prevent potential arcing. The Micro-Fit+ has a smaller PCB footprint, which allows it to use less space than the Micro-Fit 3.0. Fully polarized housings assure proper mating orientation and feature a compatible unique keying design with existing headers and plugs.

Some applications have high mating cycles which cause operator fatigue. Micro-Fit+ connectors reduce mating force by 40% for more reliable assembly and they also allow for ease of work, reducing operator fatigue during assembly. When assembling connectors, terminal back-outs may occur which can result in end-product failure. The enhanced TPA design of Micro-Fit+ connectors provides stability and security for the terminals inside the receptacle. TPA retainers help prevent failure in end products by reducing terminal back-out. V-0/glow wire combination resin reduces the cost of materials and labor and allows customers to meet the European standard for electrical requirements. These connectors are available in circuit sizes from 2 to 24.
