KE1xZ MCUs

NXP's 5 V robust KE1xZ MCUs are based on the Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core. The robust TSI module with up to 50 channels provides a high level of stability and accuracy to any HMI system. The 1-Msps ADC and FlexTimer modules provide an ideal solution for BLDC motor-control systems.

Their KE17Z/13Z/12Z512 features Arm Cortex-M0+ core frequency up to 96 MHz, rich peripherals, enhanced TSI, and larger memory.

This device is fully supported through NXP's MCUXpresso suite of software and tools. MCUXpresso SDK also includes project files for Keil MDK and IAR Embedded Workbench for Arm.

The KE1xZ family is supported by low-cost, compact, and scalable FRDM development boards. The FRDM-KE17Z512 is a compact and scalable development board for rapid prototyping of the 96 MHz KE17Z, KE13Z, and KE12Z with 512 KB Flash MCUs.
