NXP Semiconductor’s MRF13750H transistor delivers 750 W CW for 915 MHz applications. This device can be used for continuous wave applications and comes with integrated ESD protection. It is suited for linear applications with appropriate biasing and internally input matched for ease of use. This device can be used to replace magnetron high-powered tubes by offering higher reliability and control. The MRF13750H power transistor offers accurate power control over the full 700 MHz to 1300 MHz range.
