SHA Series Shunt
Ohmite's precision manganin copper alloy shunt is suitable for applications such as motor controls
Ohmite's SHA series shunts can support up to 1,000 A of rated current. Due to the special alloy material, the SHA series has good long-term stability and can withstand pulse current higher than the rated current. The special heat treatment process of the SHA series enables a low current coefficient providing stability in high-current applications. The SHA series has a thermal potential of less than 0.5 pV/°C to copper and has little effect on the voltage output of the millivolt level. The flat structure makes the inductance less than 3 nH making the SHA series compatible with high-frequency applications.
