R3 Dissipative Rubber Work Surface Mats

SCS offers the R3 series of dissipative rubber work surface mats. These mats are ideal for soldering applications where flux and other chemicals are used since they are resistant to solvents, hot solder, and soldering irons. Electrical performance is accomplished by using a two-layer rubber combination of a static dissipative colored top with a conductive black bottom.

• A work surface that does not generate a static charge and will control the discharge rate from all conductors (including ESD susceptible items) that are placed on the surface
• Provides consistent electrical performance regardless of ambient humidity
• Meets ANSI/ESD S20.20 work surface required limit and recommendation of ANSI/ESD S4.1 for contact with ESD susceptible items
• Electricals will not drift for the life of the mat
