Alpha-GEL® Bushings

Taica Corporation is the manufacturer of Alpha-GEL silicone anti-vibration and impact-absorbing products, and Lambda-GEL thermal interface materials (TIMs).

GEL bushings are one of Taica’s most popular products, and are made from advanced Alpha-GEL silicone material.

For applications where bolt-mount vibration isolation components are too large or not suitable, GEL bushings are an excellent solution. GEL bushings are designed to protect smaller components and electronics (e.g., PCBs, sensors, MEMS devices, gyroscopes, etc.) that weigh between just a few grams and up to several dozen kilograms.

In addition, GEL Bushings are often used to improve reliability and ruggedize electronic components, such as PCBs, sensors, and control modules that are installed in harsh environments.
