TCI Conduction-Cooled Series Power Supplies

TRACO Power's TCI series of 130 W to 500 W switching power supplies were designed to be used as a conduction-cooled power solution with up to 100% of rated power using the proper baseplate. This series has the option to use convection cooling as well as forced-air cooling if available.

The TCI130 and TCI240 models come standard in metal-encased packages and offer 100% output without the need for a fan when mounted on a metal chassis or baseplate. TCI500U models come in a U-channel package and offer up to 90% power without the need for a fan when mounted on a metal chassis or baseplate and also include power good, remote on/off, and remote sense signals.

The entire series can operate up to 5,000 m and has a reinforced isolation system for 4,250 V_AC I/O while providing full power from -20°C to +50°C. The TCI series is an ideal solution for a wide array of industrial and ITE applications.
