IoTize presents their Tap-N-Link Primer evaluation kit. The Tap-N-Link wireless module allows designers to quickly and easily add a wireless connection, such as Bluetooth low-energy or near-field communication, to their microcontroller-based systems. The wireless module requires only two MCU GPIO pins; for faster integration, the module also supports the debug protocol on Cortex-M MCUs. Within minutes, users can create and test their own customized human-machine interfaces that run as mobile apps on Android or iOS devices. The data can also be logged automatically to a cloud platform where it can then be made available for other users via the cloud. Ideal applications include those that require wireless access, control, configuration, monitoring, or the programming or reprogramming of machines and appliances.
