BD71850MWV System PMIC for i.MX 8M Nano | Datasheet Preview

The BD71850MWV System PMIC not only combines all power rails required by i.MX 8M Nano processors and system peripherals, but it also integrates a sequencer compatible with the power modes supported by i.MX 8M Nano processors. This single-chip PMIC integrates six buck converters, six LDOs, and the control logic for supplying power to DDR memory. Its broad input voltage range, from 2.7 to 5.5 volts, allows for a variety of power sources, including batteries and USB. Other features include a built-in power mux switch, a 32.768 kilohertz crystal oscillator driver, and numerous protection circuits including short circuit, over voltage, over current, and thermal shutdown.
