ISOW7741-Q1 Automotive Quad-Channel 3/1 Reinforced Digital Isolator
Texas Instruments' isolator features an integrated low-emission, low-noise DC/DC converter
Texas Instruments' ISOW7741-Q1 is a galvanically-isolated quad-channel digital isolator with an integrated high-efficiency power converter with low emissions. The integrated DC/DC converter provides up to 550 mW of isolated power, eliminating the need for a separate isolated power supply in space-constrained isolated designs.

- Independent power supply for a channel isolator and power converter:
- Logic supply range (VIO): 1.71 V to 5.5 V
- Power converter supply range (VDD): 3 V to 5.5 V

- IEC 61000-4-2 contact discharge protection: ±8 kV across the isolation barrier
