The KT3225T series is an ultra miniature digital TCXO with 3.2mm x 2.5mm dimensions. Tight frequency stability is available from +/-3ppm, thanks to temperature compensated function. Current consumption is as low as 1.5µA typical with no load, 3.0 Vdd condition. The supply voltage for temperature compensated output is 2.0 to 5.5 Vol. Enable/disable function is also available.
