One of the main design factors to consider in sensor selection is the output type. An analog voltage output, available on the HIH series, eases installation into standard microcomputer/microprocessor cards. A capacitive output, available on the HCH-1000 series, is often the most cost-effective solution for high volume manufacturing. The HIH-4602 provides both a humidity and temperature output as well as an analog voltage out.
