The DRB-3 has efficiencies of up to 94%, with a high weighted average efficiency. They can be operated in ambient temperatures of -25 to +70°C, derating above 55°C. Using the inhibit function, the off-load power consumption can be reduced to less than 2.3 W. During initial start-up, the power supplies draw a very low inrush current energy of 0.6 Ampere squared seconds. This avoids nuisance tripping of input protection circuit breakers. All models have a robust metal case and rigid mounting on the DIN rail.
