Continuing the review of OmniFET II devices available it can be seen that the broad family offering of auto-protected devices includes single and dual channel devices rated to clamp voltages as high as 70 V, and RDS(ON) values as low as 10 mΩ. More packaging options are also available including DPAK, IPAK, D2PAK, power SO10, and TO-220.
